Peter Moore imageAt the ripe old age of 14, Peter has already had quite a career on the Velodrome. The reigning Junior National Champion in the 13-14 Omnium competition has only been racing for two and a half years.  He’s a graduate of the NSC Velodrome’s VeloKids program and a freshman at St. Paul Academy, where his favorite subject is science.

Peter counts his nationals experience and the tactics he’s learned as his key racing strengths.  His best nationals memory is his win in the scratch race.  After whittling the field to four riders, Peter attacked in the final turn of the bell lap and won by half a bike length.  A pretty savvy plan, executed flawlessly!

Looking forward to seeing more highlights from Peter’s budding career.
